WITHDRAWAL

Products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by an explicit statement of the reasons for the return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please always include the attached invoice or a copy, as well as a payment slip or your bank details. Once the returned products arrive in our warehouse, we will credit the amount to your bank or postal account.

We are committed to shipping products of the highest quality. If you nevertheless find a defect in our products, please inform us within 24 hours. In case of damage during transport, please report the incident to the Swiss Post and to us within 24 hours. We will then contact you immediately.
