You can view, modify, or delete your order at any time in your account using the "Back" button or by completely deleting the order.
As soon as you place an order on NAKEDFOOD.CH, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the provided email address. Delivery and acceptance of the order create a contractual relationship between you and NAKEDFOOD.CH.
For advance payments, we keep the merchandise ready for shipment in our warehouse for 15 days and ship it immediately after receiving payment.
Please note that we cannot accept telephone orders.
In case of damage during transport, please report the incident to Swiss Post and to us within 24 hours. We will then contact you. Delivery in Switzerland is insured by Swiss Post. You have the choice between Postpac Priority and Postpac Economy for shipping your package.
At checkout, you can pay the amount via online bank transfer or advance payment. We will ship the order after receiving payment.
PAYMENT
You can pay with us using various payment methods, including PostFinance, VISA, MASTERCARD, Paypal (info@nakedfood.ch), Twint, advance payment (Postfinance account: 14-355723-2 IBAN: CH1109000000143557232).
Our published prices are binding and include the legal VAT. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspicion of fraudulent intentions.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods with a withdrawal statement. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please include the delivery note or a copy, along with a payment slip or your bank details. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the amount to your bank or postal account. We ship products of the highest quality, but if you encounter a defect, please inform us within 24 hours. In case of damage during transport, please report the incident to Swiss Post and to us within 24 hours. We will contact you promptly.
