Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products (including packaging and shipping materials). On the payment page the customer can choose whether the order is to be delivered via Economy or Priority Pac. If the value of goods exceeds CHF 80.00, we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein by Swiss Post (exclusive dealer). Swiss Post delivers from Monday to Friday (2-4 working days). You can choose whether the parcel is sent with Postpac Priority or Postpac Economy. Further information about shipping:

Products that are unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition can be returned to us with an explicit explanation of the reasons for a withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Postage costs shall be paied by the customer. Please always enclose the delivery note or a copy as well as a payment slip or your account details.
As soon as the returned goods arrive in our warehouse, we will credit the money to your bank or postal account. We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if you notice any deficiencies in our products, please let us know within 24 hours. In case of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and us (within 24 hours). We will contact you as soon as possible.
